- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Scheduled my appointment 6 monthes in advance for a simple cleaning. They scheduled it for a Friday which worked for me. A couple of days before my 6 month appointment I got a call saying the doctor is never in on Fridays and they were unable to reschedule my appointment for the next closest day due to overbooking. I should have been offered another appointment. The front desk woman who has been there for years should have known not to schedule a cleaning on Fridays when the doctor is unavailable. Very unprofessional! A call 2 days before the appointment. Very sad way to treat a patient.October 31, 2017by a W
